Wardrobe Reset with Kit and Ace’s WFH Favourites

by Sydney Bicknell Brand Operations Manager - Kit and Ace

Comfort, versatility, and a beautiful pulled-together look can happily co-exist – at your desk.

If WFH has taught us anything, it’s that the rules of work wear are meant to be bent. Restrictive pants and skirts are very 2019. It’s time to move optimistically into a new season of feeling great while looking good.

At Kit and Ace we’re on a mission to create loveable apparel that you can move comfortably in while still looking sharp. We’re challenging the misconception that comfort and an elevated work-appropriate style can’t co-exist. Because comfort is a necessity rather than a “nice to have”.

As the world of work has flipped upside down for many, we’re now able to reimagine what WFH looks like, and more importantly, what it feels like. When work days can so easily flow into work nights, we believe you should spend most of your waking hours in clothing that keeps you comfortable. It needs enough flexibility for your mid-day stretch breaks, rain or shine walks around the block, and reluctant participation in whatever Zoom activity HR has dreamt up this week. Our styles are kind on the environment and Canadian owned, designed in rainy (slash occasionally sunny) Vancouver. Get to know our CEO, George here!

Check out our favourite styles for WFH, early happy hour, or transitioning back to the real world—when the time comes. And did we mention that they’re all machine washable (blazers included)?! Cue the long-awaited breakup with your dry cleaner.

Now is the Time for Navigators

Looking for a do-it-all fabric? Meet our Navigator collection, with a variety of pant and blazer options. Each piece is high-performing and crafted from Swiss made Schoeller fabric for water repellency and quick dry technology. Our Navigator pants are stretch approved thanks to 2-way stretch and certified kind on the environment with bluesign® approval. With beautifully classic designs, they’re easy to dress up for a meeting or dress down for anything your weekend throws at you.

Say Hello to Brushed French Terry

We were inspired by the comfort and softness of your fave PJs in designing these work-friendly alternatives. Now you can move beyond the pajama pants + Zoom-appropriate top combo. Lightweight and insulating, Brushed French Terry is known for its incredible softness and super smooth hand feel.

2021 is full of possibility so let’s spend less of it worrying about what we can’t control and more of it feeling good and doing what we love. If “you’re on mute” was the unofficial quote of 2020, let’s make “feeling good = looking good” the 2021 version.
